Relax… We’re more than a babysitting service.

BridgeKids is a children’s ministry designed with your child in mind. Every Sunday, all children (birth-5th grade) have the opportunity to experience a safe, fun and age-appropriate environment where the Bible is taught in a way that is relevant to them. We are very passionate about giving children a chance to worship and learn about their Heavenly Father. We teach them about having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, show them the love of God and help them become disciples who will create disciples.

WHAT TO EXPECT

First Time?

You may follow the signs to our first-time families check in table or ask a Guest Services team member to help you find out where to go. There we will check your child into our secure database system, and one of our volunteers will lead your family to their age-appropriate ministry area. You will have a chance to meet the Team Leader and some BridgeCrew Members and get a good feel for what we do in at Bridge Kids.
We will ask for the following personal information: your name, children’s names and birthdays, phone number and any special instructions (Allergies, Special Needs, etc.) for your child. This is all part of creating a safe and secure environment for all of our children.

How does Check-In Work?

On your first visit you will go to the first time check in table and get your information entered into our secured database. (After your second visit you should receive a barcode tag for our self check-in system)
If you already have your barcode tag, you may check in your child to any available station. Simply scan your barcode tag at the tag reader, find your child’s name and choose which service(s) they will attend.
After you have checked in, you and your child will receive matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag and you will keep the matching parent tag. (This tag will be required to pick up your child. Do not lose it.) After the service, you will return to the age-appropriate ministry are and show your parent tag in order for your child to be released to you.
If there is a reason that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the projector screen in the auditorium. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a BridgeCrew member who will escort you to where you child is.

Safety

All of our volunteers in the Children’s Ministry have passed a background check, and we have a safety and security team in place to ensure the safety of all of our guests (including your children.) We use a security tag system for our children’s check-in and pick-up process as well as utilizing the unique identification number on these tags in case we need to reach you during one of our worship experiences.

Our Values

  • Safety

Every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number, every volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background check, and we have a security team in place to ensure the safety of your children.

  • Fun!!

Kids love fun! We realize that when children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back. We value creating fun ways for children to learn about Jesus, including games, activities, singing, and much more.

  • Age-Appropriateness

Our environments and lesson materials are created with your child in mind. We are passionate about kids being able to learn about God in a way that they can enjoy and understand.

  • Creative Bible Teaching

We strive to bring its stories to life through activities, discussions and teaching that keep children engaged. We want all children to understand, love and know God’s word and how to apply it to their lives.
