How about last Sunday, huh? How great was that? I think I had more positive comments about Brent’s message than we’ve had about any speaker before. He really just laid it on the line! If you missed it, don’t. Please click here to watch the message at your convenience.

And how about second service? We had to pull out chairs during the first song. Thanks to all of you who were patient with us. We are still adjusting. Our attendance last Sunday was 374! That’s amazing. Thanks to all of you who are leaning in. God is building His Church and we are all being blessed by this season of expansion and growth. As we are making this adjustment, I am just wondering if in the spirit of cooperation, some of our second service regulars might be willing to try attending our 9:01 service. Last week we had twice as many people in the 11:01 service. If some of you could attend the first service it would open up some room for new guests who are usually more likely to come to the 11:01. Just an idea to help balance things out.

New Series This Sunday: It’s no secret we live in a culture driven by trends. Trends affect our decisions, our purchases, our pursuits and even our conversations. There surely is nothing wrong with trends. We watch trends here at LifeBridge because they give us insight into what is clicking with people here and now. But is it possible that while we are focusing on the trends in our face, we are missing those things that are always contemporary – those things that are timeless? Join us this Sunday as we take a step back because in a trendy world, the best things in life are truly Timeless.  More than just a message, our Sunday morning experience is always filled with powerful worship in a refreshingly LIFE-giving environment – 9:01 and 11:01 at Beach Haven (10420 M-140).

Eight O’ Clock Encounter: Join us as we thank God for His faithfulness and seek Him for His presence and direction. Meet with us at THE LIVING ROOM this week for a powerful prayer encounter – 8:00am, Saturday morning.

Bridge Kids Assistant Needed: Do you love what is going on in BridgeKids but are not real crazy about hanging out with kids?  It’s OK – you can be honest. Are you organized and love crafts? We have a perfect place for you to make a difference! Every week we have to put together supplies for Sunday mornings crafts and activities in BridgeKids.  We are looking for someone who would be willing to put together our supplies and have them ready on Sunday morning.  If this sounds like something you could do, contact David George. We would love to have you as part of our team!

NEXT Classe – Win 4.0: The BIG WIN at LifeBridge is changed lives. We don’t believe people are changed by making better decisions, by attending church or even by becoming a Christian. We believe lives are changed by the power of Jesus Christ. God has called us to impact this world by encouraging people to follow Jesus and receive life from Him. But too often we don’t feel adequately prepared for the task. This class is designed to equip you to share your faith effectively and with confidence. Join us this Sunday after second service starting with lunch at 12:45 to learn how we WIN! Please reply to this e-mail with any questions about this opportunity.

We Care Collection Month: Throughout the month of November we will partner with We Care INC here in South Haven and be collecting food items to fill their pantry. Please bring non-perishable food items to church with you on Sunday mornings, November 6th, 13th, and 20th. We will have a table set up for your donations inside the sanctuary. Since the collection will take place right before Thanksgiving, suggested food items would be: canned goods, boxed food such as stuffing, rice, macaroni and cheese and instant potatoes.

“The Love Begins At The Driveway”: This is the quote I heard just a few minutes ago from Jerry who is leading our parking team. And from what I am seeing, it’s true. Given the challenges with our parking lot and the huge crowd we’ve been getting lately, this is brand new and critically vital team. Two things: First, if you would enjoy helping our guests efficiently find parking spots on Sunday mornings and would like to join this team, please contact Pat Capps. Second, show them your appreciation. Return the smile, give them a fist bump, or wrap them up in a big bear hug.

CARS ministry – Don’t trade it, Donate it! The CARS Ministry is ready to begin accepting donations of tools needed for auto repairs.  Do you have any tools that you could donate to the CARS Ministry?  Please drop them off at Countryside Motors, 318 Blue Star Hwy, South Haven. Of course we are also accepting donations of ANY vehicle in ANY condition! Contact Loretta Overhiser for more info.
